Les Visiteurs

A comic-style caricature of Jean Reno as the knight from Les Visiteurs, with his sidekick Christian Clavier. I rushed this because I was a bit low on time this week and the likenesses aren't as strong as they should be.

My mate Les recently sent me a photo of himself taken so as to look like a picture taken somewhere in the Wild West in the 19th century. It was such a great reference photo that I had to do a caricature.

I can tell I'm not going to finish this little exercise. I'll have another go at drawing my favourite dog some other time though, I'm sure.

The Spaghetti Western Orchestra

I drew a group caricature of the great band The Spaghetti Western Orchestra, which features my uncle Graeme and friends of his from Melbourne. They are all great characters and it was lots of fun to draw their cool costumes and white-painted faces.
